Fernanda Vaisman Balieiro holds a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2004), completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Fluminense Federal University, and a residency in endocrinology at the State Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology Luiz Capriglione. She is certified by the Brazilian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism. She has a Master's and Ph.D. in Endocrinology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, the latter in collaboration with the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NY, USA. She works as a physician in the Endocrinology Service at the National Cancer Institute in Rio de Janeiro and is an associate professor in the stricto sensu postgraduate program, supervising both Master's and Ph.D. theses in the field of thyroidology. Main areas of expertise: thyroid carcinoma, thyroid dysfunction.

Flávia Lucia Conceição holds a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (1994), a Master's in Medicine (Endocrinology) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1999), a Ph.D. in Sandwich Doctorate from Aarhus University (2001), and a Ph.D. in Medicine (Endocrinology) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2002). She is currently an associate professor of Endocrinology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She has experience in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Endocrinology, mainly working on the following topics: adults, growth hormone, GH deficiency, polycystic ovary syndrome, and menopause.

Izabel Calland Ricarte Beserra holds a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Ceará (1989), a Master's in Medicine (Pediatrics) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1998), and a Ph.D. in Medicine (Endocrinology) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2007). She is currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro/UFRJ (since 1997), Vice-Director of the Faculty of Medicine (2020-2024 and 2024-2028), and a permanent faculty member of the stricto sensu Postgraduate Program in Medicine (Endocrinology) at UFRJ. She is the coordinator of the lato sensu specialization course in Pediatric Endocrinology, preceptor of the Pediatric Endocrinology Residency Program, and head of the Endocrinology outpatient clinic at the Martagão Gesteira Institute of Pediatrics and Childcare at UFRJ. She is a member of the Latin American Society of Pediatric Endocrinology (SLEP) and the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics (SBP). She has experience in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Pediatric Endocrinology, mainly working on the following topics: congenital hypopituitarism, septo-optic dysplasia, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, growth, and subclinical hypothyroidism.

Glaecir Roseni Mundstock Dias is an Adjunct Professor at the Carlos Chagas Filho Institute of Biophysics (IBCCF) at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), associated with the Center for Precision Medicine Research. She is a permanent advisor and current Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Endocrinology at the UFRJ Faculty of Medicine. She is a permanent advisor and member of the Graduate Committee of the National Network for Teaching Biology Master's Program (Campus Fundão-UFRJ). She works on research projects involving the investigation of biochemical and behavioral effects in experimental models of human pathologies and exposure to toxic agents, focusing mainly on aspects related to thyroid hormone physiology and projects related to the development and analysis of innovative practices in Science teaching. She participates in outreach and scientific dissemination events, coordinating the Endocrine Disruptors Update Symposium (IBCCF-UFRJ) since 2016. She is a specialist for the Centelha Program National Bank, evaluating projects in the areas of Biotechnology, Genetics, Chemistry, and New Materials in the Health/Well-being, Pharmaceutical/Chemical, and Environment/Bioeconomy sectors. She graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry-Food Technology (2002) and Generalist Pharmacy (2013) from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). She completed a specialization in Applied Toxicology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul-PUCRS (2002), a Master's (2004), and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences-Toxicological Biochemistry (2012) from UFSM. She conducted her postdoctoral research at LFEDR-IBCCF-UFRJ (2013-2014).

Leandro Miranda Alves holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Master's in Sciences (Cell Biology) from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, a Ph.D. in Sciences (Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and a Postdoctoral fellowship in Neuroendocrinology from the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry. He is currently an Associate Professor II at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Permanent Advisor for the Graduate Program in Endocrinology at the Faculty of Medicine and the Graduate Program in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is also an Evaluator for the National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira/Ministry of Education, a Member of the Brazilian Society of Cell Biology, the Latin American Thyroid Society, and the European Society of Endocrinology. He was a Young Scientist of Our State (JCNE-FAPERJ) (2014-2017), a Research Productivity Fellow of CNPQ - Level 2 (2018-2020), CNE-FAPERJ (2021-present), a Research Productivity Fellow of CNPQ - Level 2 (2022-present), a Member of the Ethics Committee in Research of the Clementino Fraga Filho University Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2022-present), and Deputy Director of Extension at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at UFRJ (2023-present). His main research lines include Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms of Endocrine Disruptors' Action and Cellular and Molecular Bases of Pituitary Tumors.
